Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

They didn't take my old appliance even though I have paid for it, because this was not disconnected for 12 hours, but never been told this.

Terrible communication, and all apologies, no solutions.

Despite their website claiming that they install appliances within 5 days - I bought an oven and hob a month ago and I am still waiting for my hob! There is zero communication from them and every time you email or phone them to find out a date for installation, they fob you off with a fictitious date for installation which never happens and they never actually tell you what’s happening. I have now had to resort to having the hob delivered to my home and trying to find an emergency electrician a week before Christmas to fit it - and this is IF they actually send me the hob. Literally the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I’m actually annoyed that I have to give them one star when they clearly deserve no stars whatsoever. Dreadful, dreadful company who don’t care whatsoever about letting customers down or customer service in general.

Great service, appliances arrived well before we expected them which was an added bonus. We were kept well in touch on delivery times. Appliances Direct will definitely be our first choice in future.

Great service from start to finish with buying to getting the delivery..cooker is a top buy for what we paid and is worth every penny... can't fault it in any way as the oven part cooks everything well..1st time we have ordered an indesit cooker and think we will buy this brand from now on..plus we will be buying from this company again..thank you

Overall, very happy with the price and standard of the product. Appliances Direct need to work on their communication with their delivery partner however; at the time of booking next day delivery I was advised that I would be advised of a one hour delivery slot which would be after 8.00am. At 0642 on the day of delivery ( I was still asleep, so unaware ) I received an SMS message advising my package would be delivered between 0729 and 0829 - the package was then delivered at 07.38, and by delivered I mean just left in a public foyer! - Not a fantastic experience from their delivery partner!

Worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Bought an oven paid £30 for next day delivery, 8 days later still no oven, now being told it will be another 4 days before they can fit us in. Every time I phone I’m waiting in a queue , ask for a call back , the call never comes. They blame the courier (dx courier), the courier blames them. An absolute shambles please take advice and stay well clear of direct appliances and dx courier. Eventually received my oven on 10th May, the oven was damaged. Received another oven on 12th May, the courier then refused to uplift the damaged oven. We now have 2 double oven in our kitchen meaning we cannot move in our kitchen absolutely horrendous service but par for the course in my experience of this company. Now being told they cannot collect the damaged oven until 19th May and if I leave it outside any damage caused by weather etc will be my fault and I will be held accountable. This company do not care on but about paying customers. When I originally put my review on trust pilot I received an answer back from the company saying sorry some one will call you on 10th May to discuss this issue, guess what no one has called another promise broken. Please, please do not use this company, this is what they are capable of.

Ordered a Siemens microwave from appliances direct in early May 21 for delivery in July 21. Two days after ordering was informed of delivery the next day. Now normally this would be great service but given that we did not require appliance until later in the year and I had already received confirmation from Appliances direct of my chosen delivery in July was then surprised when their so called customer service department made no attempt to correct their error. We now have an appliance months in advance of requirement and a guarantee for a period of non use? The reason I will not use this company again is the total intransigence of their customer service department.

Tumble dryer and delivery service very good. Price ok.The only downside was fitting the metal air outlet. Too rigid, needs a rethink.

I bought a large, cheap, Electriq combi microwave, which turned out to be very poor quality AND faulty - I couldn't close the door on it when it was hot! Despite this, they failed to refund my delivery charge. Their website is utterly useless and still says my item is still 'out for delivery' and there is no sign of my return, or complaint on there. They are currently shown as 'offline' (11am on a Tuesday). When reporting my problem, they insisted I send a video of the fault, so that they could track the return – they ‘couldn't' accept my return without one! I had to phone them to get it returned, as they refuse by email until I sent a video and their online system simply does not show anything!
As it is, I wish I had sent a video (but I'd already boxed it up for return), maybe then I'd have got my delivery fee refunded. Also, I cannot see how to leave a review on their website, so how they get them, I don't know. Very poor, I would definitely NOT recommend buying from them – AVOID!

Received the exact item i purchased (nokia 2.4).Received within the shipping time although i chose the cheapest postal option. That was probably why i couldnt track the item. Decent seller and i would use again. ??
